Storch Crossbelt Suspended Separator magnets provide a true self cleaning industrial magnetics separator systems solution, for continuous metal recovery from your conveyed materials. The magnetic cross belt separator system uses a Storch high strength overhead suspended plate magnet housed in a severe duty industrial conveyor operating in an inverted position.
Ferrous metals are magnetically pulled out of your non-ferrous conveyed materials; ferrous materials collect on the self cleaning magnetic separator belt and are conveyed and discharged to your hopper. Storch self cleaning magnetic separators are designed to eliminate or minimize any required maintenance compared to other magnetic devices. May be used in conjunction with Storch magnetic pulleys maximizing separation results in your self cleaning Magnetic Separator systems, consult Storch for assistance.
